Crush Motorsports

The team of Ritchie Keller and Derek West started as the Professional Modified Stock Team, Crush Motorsports in 2004. They finished as undefeated National champions in 2006, a boast from an excellent 2 previous seasons of 2nd place. They have been a phenomenal team since the creation of Crush Motorsports. Ritchie and Derek have been competing in the We-Rock, MO-Rock, and R-Rock series and dominated for three seasons, taking 1st place in points in all three series for three years running. With-in the We-Rock series Crush Motorsports went undefeated in all three years. This qualified Crush Motorsports to compete in the 2008 We-Rock world finals to be held in Sydney, Australia. Crush Motorsports has seen exposure on several National TV shows including, Extreme 4X4 (SPIKETV), Superlift TV (Outdoor Channel), and Lucas Oil On The Edge (SPEEDTV). Many other photo catching opportunities were in Crawl, Low Range, Dirt Sports, 4x4Builder magazines, MO-Rock and Action POV DVD’s. After dominating the Modified Stock Class the team decided to look into more challenges, this led them towards the Pro-Modified Buggy division. Derek's first buggy and season qualified the team for the Third Annual King of the Hammers Race in California, a highly sought after prize. Although they didn't finish they put up a good race and were determined for a comeback the 2010 season, Crush Motorsports built a new second race vehicle enabling them to compete at a new class level. This increased their national coverage and allowed them to compete against a new and more challenging group of drivers, this time with two racer buggies and the addition two spotters/co-drivers Jason Henee and Kyle Keller. Crush Motorsport finished 2010 with an impressive season and took 3rd and 27th in the King of the Hammers Race.
